About
The Standards & Technical Committee ensures the integrity and relevance of StateRAMP’s security standards and policies. This committee is responsible for evaluating and recommending updates to PMO policies, security frameworks, industry best practices, and assessment processes to the Board of Directors.
Committee members collaborate closely with StateRAMP staff to maintain a standardized approach to cloud security verification. Through regular meetings and ad hoc sessions, the committee upholds StateRAMP’s mission to promote a “verify once, use many” model, reduce duplicative costs, and protect citizen data.
